Hallo,
I have been assigned 4 tickets Cat 3 ("restricted view") for the match France - Netherlands. I wish to swap with one of the three matches of Italy.
I don't know exactly what "restricted view" means. I will try to contact UEFA to understand it next Monday. I'm willing also to swap them with 2 tickets of Cat 1 or 2.
