Now then berni, theres alot of stuff going on with the Uk press saying that we have to watch what we say and do over in germany.

Can you clear any of this up, for example we have been told that we cant sing the dambusters song, and that we have to sing in german?

is this just our press going mad or do i have to buy a german dictionary now?

I´m not sure as there has been a lot of fuzz about it.

They can´t make you sing in German, though.

I for my part don´t care and see it as good natured banter.

This is from one of your English Papers, and quotes people like the Home Secretary

The focus of the laws in Germany, that are always in place is the world wars and Nazi/Hitler related activity. They have been strengthened slightly for the world cup.

Banter about previous football victories is not against the law and as such you can wear your 1966 shirt and sing fumpf - ein till the cows come home.

The interior minister has also lifted the Schengen Agreement for the World Cup, so that border controls are in place and every known hooligan or somebody carrying nazi memorabilia will be turned back.

anybody in their right mind wouldnt do anything stupid to insult the german public.

the last thing we need is a bunch of hooligans bringing back the horror of ww2 and what happened with the germans.

i hope everybody visiting germany has at least half a brain to not do anything stupid like that.
